Report a bug

Shake your iPhone or iPad to open the bug-report screen. Add what happened, then use Copy or Share to send the report to the email above. You can review the included game and device details before sharing. This detailed report is not sent automatically. In build 27 and later, you can separately enable automatic technical crash reports in Settings → Privacy choices. Please don’t include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

Sound and music

Check your device’s media volume and audio output, then open Mooncork’s Settings and turn on Potion sounds and Background & story music. Each floor repeats one song; story music continues until you press Continue. If audio cuts out, include your build number, whether you were using headphones, and the scene or floor in your report.

Hints and the spare bottle

Hint and Spare each recharge for ten minutes after use. Closing or restarting the app doesn’t reset those timers. A completed purple moon potion can shorten active recharges once per floor. You can add one spare bottle per attempt. These helpers are included with the game and never require another purchase.

Your progress

Progress and Brew Points are saved on your device. Restarting an unfinished floor forfeits the points earned during that attempt. Your completed floors and their banked points stay safe. Mooncork has no account or cloud-save service. Please contact us before deleting the app to troubleshoot: removing it can erase your local progress.

Replay the opening

Open Settings and choose Watch the beginning. Every intro and story scene waits for Continue, so you can take your time. Replaying the intro keeps your game progress.
